Your responsibilities:

-Answering inbound calls on behalf of our contractor
-Giving precise and accurate information about the product
-Dealing with customers’ enquiries regarding pre-sale topics
-Guiding customers according to solution trees and knowledge base to solve incidents and service requests
-Working in the back-end to fulfill all the needed data
-Managing the customers’ complaints and finalising their reclamations
-Answering to the incoming chat-conversations in accordance with our KPIs

Our requirements:

-Excellent command of the German language making it possible to communicate with customers on the phone and via live-chats
-Very good command of the English language making it possible to operate in the back-end and communicate with other departments
-The can-do attitude
-Good knowledge of MS Office
